Private membership

Access to member features is limited to people invited and approved by Eates Cinema. Signing in with Google confirms identity but does not by itself create or activate membership. Eates Cinema may approve, suspend, or remove access when necessary to operate or protect the private service.

Your account

You are responsible for activity associated with your account. Use your own Google identity, keep invitation links and ticket credentials private, and notify the Eates Cinema administrator if you believe your account or ticket has been misused.

Do not share access in a way that bypasses invitations, attempt to view another member’s private information, interfere with the website, or misuse reservations, QR tickets, or check-in tools.

Showings and reservations

Showings and seats are limited and subject to availability. A seat is not reserved until the reservation is successfully confirmed. Programming, showtimes, audience access, and seat availability may change.

Members may cancel eligible reservations through Eates Cinema. Eates Cinema may cancel a reservation or showing when necessary, and a showing may be rescheduled, cancelled, or removed from the program. When practical, Eates Cinema may provide notice through the website or transactional email, but delivery of a message is not guaranteed.

Tickets and admission

Each ticket is associated with one showing and one seat in the Eates Cinema house. Ticket QR credentials are for admission to the applicable screening and should not be copied or distributed to others. Cancelled or released tickets are not valid for admission, and a checked-in ticket may not be cancelled.

Service changes

Eates Cinema is a small private service. Features, programming, policies, availability, and supported devices may change over time. The website may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. These terms do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every proposed screening will occur.
